You have made the right choice of University. In order to achieve this choice you must take careful steps to complete this form correctly. We have a folder that gives you a brief introduction of Igbinedion University, Okada. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable. The completed form should be returned to the centre where it was bought with the photocopies of candidate’s statement of result/certificates, birth certificate and certificate of Local Government Area of Origin. Admission into Igbinedion University , Okada will depend on correct completion of this form, satisfying the admission requirements and successful screening. Admission requirements includes 5 credits at ‘Ordinary Level including English and Mathematics’. For Direct Entry University candidates, additional requirements include A’level passes in 2 relevant subjects or Diploma in relevant area not below Merit level. The Screening exercise will take place at the various centres and dates as listed on the acknowledgment slip. Please indicate on the slip where you would like to attend the screening exercise, and try to stick to your choice.
